ACCOMMODATION :
It is here by communicated to all that accommodation will be provided to the presenters only and for their spouse or other presenters (co-author) facilities to participate, receive conference materials and food, will be provided except their accommodation. As you all know, getting suitable accommodation in Mumbai is quite expensive and difficult.You are requested fill the travel itinerary from and send it to raju_prof@rediffmail.com and copy to iassh2004@gmail.com
ORAL PRESENTATION
Presenters are requested to submit their full paper by October 15, 2011. Guidline for writing full paper is given in Word Document. It is also requested to bring along with them 20 copies of full paper for distribution.One copy to the Chair person and one copy to the discussant of the session and the rest may be distributed to the participants.Power point presentation should be loaded half an hour before the presentation. Presentation should limit to 8 minutes only. It will facilities for discussion during the session.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster Presenters are requested to submit their full paper by October 15, 2011. Guidline for writing full paper is given in Word Document.
Posters:
2ft x 3 ft poster area will be provided to the poster presenter. Half an hour before it will open for fixing. Display will be one hour and removed after that within half an hour. In all Two hour time has been allotted. It would be nice of the presenter to bring their own pins, sticking tape or glue to save time and protect their poster.
